BEACH ATTENDANT
The Town of Barnstead is seeking qualified applicants to fill a seasonal part-time position as a Beach Attendant at our town beach. Average shifts are 3-5 hours with flexibility on days scheduled. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid drivers’ license and
successfully complete a pre-employment criminal background check.
Job Summary - Monitor the daily activities of the town beach, enforce rules and regulations, report problems and illegal activity, help keep the beach, trail and parking area clean. Maintain a friendly and courteous relationship with patrons and other employees. The Beach Attendant is not a lifeguard, it may be necessary to remind parents/guardians of their responsibility to watch their children in the water.

SWIMMING LESSONS INSTRUCTOR
Barnstead Parks and Recreation is looking for a swimming instructor to teach fun and educational swimming lessons to students ranging from preschool through 16 years of age. Age ranges can vary depending on instructors' qualifications. Proof of certification and a background check is required.
